I also believe that challenges are an inevitable part of that journey. They test our limits, force us to adapt, and ultimately shape us into stronger, more capable versions of ourselves. Whether it’s recovering from an injury, finding the courage to start, or pushing through self-doubt, running teaches us that obstacles aren’t the end of the story – they’re where it begins.
